What is the best rug pad for use on linoleum? I have a 10' x 10' rug and a 4' x 6' rug.
For the 10' x 10' rug, I would say our Eco Plush pad. This is made of 100% heat-pressed and is particularly suitable for larger rugs where slipping is not an issue. For your smaller rug, I recommend Contour Lock or Superior Lock. These felt and natural rubber pads provide a solid grip and comfortable cushioning.
We have brand new Marmoleum flooring by Forbo. We have heard that any oil-based material including soybean oil is bad for linoleum because linoleum contains linseed oil. We have a very cheap rug and want a pad that is safe to use. What do you recommend?
